Words cannot express my gratitude to Kansas City Premium Roofing. I contacted two other very reputable roofing companies and none of them could get anything done toward insurance payment to replace our roof.
DFW promised they would and boy did they deliver. It took six months and lots of time and effort, but Jon Stewart, CEO/Owner, got it taken care of. He was relentless. No one knows the roofing laws as he does. He met with my insurer at my home on several occasions in an effort to educate them.
Through this I have met many of their employees and officers and have been incredibly impressed with all of them. They are all just top notch in every way. They are a family run company that treats the customer as family. They have an exemplary rating in the industry and the Better Business Bureau.
Their installers are as nice as they are. The clean up was incredible, digging out my flower beds with their hands to rid them of any debris. They did a double tear off at my house and finished in one day, quite a feat. They have at their disposal anything you may need to do with your roofing needs, master electrician, skylight professionals, gutter professionals, carpenters, painters, etc.
Special thanks to Jon, Dagan, Darrel, Scott, Danny and Daddy David for their hard work for us. No one else would have done all that they did. Suffice this to say, whatever Kansas City Premium Roofing says they will do, they will do, ten fold!

Dear Jon Stewart,
A few comments on our experience with Dagan Johnson and the Kansas City Premium Roofing crew installing the Decra Shake roof on our home in October 2010.
I spent a lot of time researching and requesting bids from many different roofing contractors in the DFW area. After much research, I narrowed it down to two different companies. After checking the Better Business Bureau’s web site and their ratings of the two companies, Kansas City Premium Roofing was the only company with an A+ rating. Not only was I concerned about the customer satisfaction and workmanship, but price was also an issue. Your company had a very competitive bid for the Decra roofing system we wanted. All three factors (BBB customer satisfaction rating, workmanship and price) were important and Kansas City Premium Roofing came out on top. I still took my research another step further. There were many referrals listed on the company’s web site of which I called everyone on the list and went by many of the previous completed roofs to look for myself. Everyone I spoke with on the list had a very positive experience with Kansas City Premium Roofing. For me, this was a win, win decision. I am very pleased I choose Kansas City Premium Roofing for my installation.
Your salesman, Dagan Johnson was a true pleasure to work with. After speaking with him on many different occasions, I was very comfortable with his knowledge of roofing systems. During the process, Dagan came by at least once a day checking on the progress of the installation and every time asked if there was anything I was not pleased with or did I have any concerns so he could address them immediately. Dagan’s attitude was to insure I was pleased.
Even after the job was finished and it came time to settle up with the insurance company, the insurance adjuster had stated what a pleasure it was working with Dagan in settling up on the final payment. The adjuster stated it was very unusual for a salesman to answer the phone each time he was called. He usually had to leave messages and wait on a return call. The adjuster from my insurance company was very impressed with Dagan and Kansas City Premium Roofing.
From a hindsight perspective, the actual roofing crews were amazing. Anything I asked was done without question and was done very quickly. I could not have asked for a better roofing crew. They worked so hard and they too were so willing to please. The final day was spent with the crew insuring my satisfaction by making some minor cosmetic adjustments with the roof.
On several occasions, after the installation, while I was outside doing yard work, many folks who drive down our street and who had watched the roofing process, stopped and commented “WOW” on the roof and the workmanship. One of my neighbors wanted to know why I put this type of roof on my house. Now he wants to have one put on his house too.
In conclusion it was a great experience working with Dagan and Kansas City Premium Roofing.
